As a realtor we are expected to meet the needs of our clients whenever they are ready to buy or sell a home. The realtors job is that, and that is what we are trained to do. On the other hand when we are given clients who are not readily available to look at homes or turn in the proper forms in time. Being prepared is part of each clients duties, because there is sadly only so much your realtor can do when given what you give to them. So being prepared is the best way to get what you want and meet your dead line when it comes to getting what you are looking for. A few things that are a necessity are making time to look or show your home, signing all the contracts as soon as possible, and making sure your realtor can get things done as fast as they can. If you as a client can get all of your part done your realtor should be able to take care of there part.
