Buying A New Home

To all of my friends, family, future and past clients.

I just wanted you to know when you are buying a new home please make sure that you are represented by a licensed real estate agent. The salespeople at the builders model home works for them, not you. As your buyers agent, I am working for you not the builder. The buyer isn't even responsible for paying a buyers agent as that is all worked out from the builders.

I personally just saved a client thousands of dollars in their purchase of a new home.

So please make sure you are represented by a licensed real estate agent that is willing to listen to your needs and wants. He/she should take the time to figure out exactly what it is that you are wanting. They should also help you in dealing with the builders salespeople as well.
