Low Supply Of Homes In Texas

Texas has the lowest inventory of homes since the Real Estate Center began tracking this housing supply and demand statistic in 1990.

This has also been a key factor as to why all the homes has increased in value. Their is a shortage of supply, so there has been many instances of a sellers receiving multiple offers. Buyers have to act quick if they want a home, because they will be competing with another buyer for the same home.
The statewide numbers for average and median homes sales prices have reached all-time highs. The average price for a home in June hit $250,800, while the median price that month reached $193,600.
We are in an incredible market for real estate from people selling their homes & making great profits from the equity they have earned. Also, buyers are having advantages as well, from buying homes that will have and high demands.
