Dealing with clients
Every client is different, when going at a new client I have seen that really making sure what kind of person they are is very important. At first you always want to make sure you are available more than your client, but on the other hand making sure they are actually out to buy is a serious problem. Showing houses is the easy part and if your client isn't actually ready to buy or lease a home your time is wasted unless you wait until it is time and explain to them why. on the other hand if your client is more than ready to buy its time to get to the grind and help them every step of the way.
