New Community In Frisco

Just when we thought all the land in Frisco was zoned and built out, the city surprises us with another master-planned community! And word on the street is it will be GATED. Nice. Baxter Brinkman, the owner of acres (upon acres) of land in Frisco, sold 200 of them to developers.  The community as of now will be called Brinkman Ranch.  Follow this link for more details:
