Let me assist you in finding your dream home. As a licensed Real Estate Professional I am here to guide you through the home buying process. I look forward to hearing from you.
Out of my 18 years of real estate experience, the past 5 years of my real estate career, I acted as Senior Escrow Officer and Title Operations Manager for a Fee Attorney – Title Office in Rockwall County.  Also moved to work in N Plano area as Escrow Officer with TItle365 Direct Branch. With many years of real estate experience in Dallas, Collin, Denton, Kaufman, Ellis, Hunt and Rockwall Counties, I am able to assist with listing and selling residential and commercial real estate.  I have the knowledge and ability to work the numbers with a client prior to accepting or sending any offers to be considered by seller/purchaser.  I am knowledgeable of the closing process and will not let anything slide that is not in your favor should you consider using me to assist you as your realtor. My seasoned knowledge of the industry, together with my desire to help others, makes the entire experience go smoother.
I have partnered with April Ivie, Broker for Ivy League Realty.  Together we provide our clients with service that we desire to have for ourselves. GOD is also our business partner, and with him, there is nothing we can't do!
Resume: I started my career with real estate in 1993 while working as an assistant to a Dallas realtor that owned and operated her own Asset Management company by putting together Realtor BPO spreadsheets to various mortgage companies throughout the US. In 1995, I switched over to work in the title department for one the largest real estate foreclosure attorney office in Dallas at that time. In 1997, I decided to stop working with an office that would take homes in foreclosure to working with an attorney who owned and operated a Fee Attorney - Title Office, where instead helped put families into their homes. In those years I handled processing duties as an assistant shortly before obtaining my Escrow License to handle closings for both residential and commercial refinance and purchase transactions, as well as working with several builder accounts.  Throughout my career, I have served as Escrow Officer to several large agencies and underwriters; and in the process, worked with numerous realtors, investors, sellers, buyers and builders in Dallas and in surrounding areas. I have ALSO handled and processed numerous Short Sales for Listing agents, so they could be out selling real estate.  By closing real estate transactions, I also am a Licensed Notary for the State of Texas.
Note: As a licensed Escrow Officer in the State of Texas, you have a fiduciary responsibility to all parties involved in the contract to close a sale or refinance transaction by acting as intermediary and handling all the funds between each party, in addition to issuing clearing title issues with the seller to issuing a clear title policy to the purchaser and/or lender.

Testimonials:

Kerri and Kyle Buffington - Renee did a wonderful job of getting me max value from my home and made everything easy to understand and a simple process. I would definitely recommend Renee Plumlee to be your real estate agent. She isn't done for me yet! She is my buying agent on a new home I having built too!
Hollis and Nicole Johnson - Renee Plumlee is a expert realtor. She was attentive to our needs and concerns. Her caring nature allowed the house buying process to be less stressful. My wife and I were so impressed with her level of expertise, professionalism and skills that she will be selling our current home as well. I would highly recommend Renee to anyone whose buying or selling their home.
Aaron and Bianca Morton - My husband and I were not easy clients at all; as first time buyers she explained in detail and walked me through the process of buying a home. We knew it was going to be a bit stressful but buying a home while my husband was out of the country and getting a V.A. loan was a different story. I can't even count how many times I called Renee upset about the issues that we kept running into but every time she always made me feel better and confident that everything was going to be fine. I'm so thankful that I had the pleasure of working with her not once did she give up on us and the day of closing she was there with me. She's such a sweet heart, optimistic and very easy to work with.
Ben and Irene Maa - I'm so glad to have Renee to be my agent. She is passionate but not pushy. She always has client's interest in heart and in mind. The inspection of our first accepted offer had a lot of issues. Reneed advised us not to go on with it. In the next a few weeks we encountered unprofessional setbacks. But Renee didn't show any sign of impatience. Finally we found the house we are living in. During the negotiation process, Renee was helpful and quick to respond to our best interest. I'd recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a house.
Maritza Reynoso - Renee is a amazing! She is extremely caring and really listens to you. She is extremely patient and caring. As a first time home owner I had many questions. Renee was able to answer all my questions on a timely manner and was there every single step of the way. She will work with you and show you just about any home out there. I would recommend her to anyone needing help finding a home in a heat beat.
Rodney Miranda - She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and always willing to go checkout a new location. You could contact her pretty much any time of the day or night and she would respond back instantly.
Nhien Nguyen - I'm a first time home buyer and therefor had a lot of questions. Renee was very knowledgeable and honest, on top of being very good at answering all my questions no matter how silly I thought they were. She goes out of her way for you and will meet you at your desired location, especially if you have to work and are pressed for time. She truly cares about your wants and needs and isn't trying to quickly sell you any home on the market. Even after the keys were in my hand she was still available to answer questions. If you are looking for a trustworthy realtor that is willing to work for you, Renee is your girl.
Lindsey Prihoda - Renee was great through the entire process! I was most impressed by her guidance even after I closed in my first home when I had additional questions.... and being a single gal purchasing my first home I had a lot!! Easy to get in touch with and always very thorough. I would definitely use her again!
Bert Parlee - We had some unique and unusual features we were looking for in a home, and also encountered a challenging deal process in our search. Renee was always supportive, positive, enthusiastic and timely in her responses. It was fun and rewarding to become friends with her amidst the ups and downs of our journey.
Kimberly Burnett - I am not an easy client. I knew my dream home was out there and Renee Plumlee stuck with me and was determined to help me find it. She sacrificed so much so that my family could find our dream home. She held my hand through the process and helped negotiate to get me a fair deal. She's the best! My family can't say "thank you" enough for the effort it took to get us through the process.
Bob and Tammy Boynton - Buying a home is extremely exhausting, thanks to Renee we were able to find our dream home in the perfect location. Renee was extremely helpful with her knowledge of the locations and type of home we were looking for, but more importantly her negotiation skills saved us alot of money.
Diane Difilippo - Renee goes over and beyond to be helpful in any and all ways. She is kind and generous with her time, professional all the way. I would recommend Renee for any of your real estate needs.
